Privacy and cookies

Pursuant to the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, the “Regulation”) and to the Italian legislation on data protection, Regione Lombardia (hereinafter, the “Controller”), as data controller, provides information related to cookies installed on the website en Buona Lombardia (hereinafter, the “Site”) to explain the types and the conditions of use and to provide recommendations on the actions to refuse or delate cookies.

1. What are cookies?

  • Depending on the duration: permanent or persistent cookies, they can be memorized on the device in a permanent way, temporary cookies, they can have a limited and variable duration. On the other hand, cookies can be deleted closing the browser (the so called session cookies).

2.3 Third-party analytics cookies

The Site uses third-party analytics cookies - with the prior consent of the data subject for the non anonymized cookies - to statistically analyze the accesses and visits to the Site and to allow the Controller to improve the navigation’s logics and the contents of the Site.

3. Mode of sharing on social networks

The Site does not implement any social network plug-ins. Within the Site there are share icons that are simple links to the corresponding social pages. Therefore, no user information is transmitted to social networks.

4. Information on how select and de-select cookies

4.1 Disable cookies

It is possible to disable cookies that are memorized on the hard disk entering the dedicated section of the browser. To do this, follow the specific instructions for the browser that is used:

4.2 Enable the anonymous navigation

Through this function, available for almost all browsers, is possible to surf the web without saving any information on visited sites and pages.
However, navigation data, even when this functionality is enabled, are recorded and stored by the website managers and by the connectivity providers.

However, for each new navigation cookies will be installed again; for this reason it is worth doing this operation periodically or using automated functions to periodically delate cookies.

7. Knowledge and diffusion of personal data

Personal data are collected using cookies may be processed by the employees and collaborators of the Controller, duly authorized and trained on data protection, pursuant to article 29 of the Regulation.

Furthermore, the processing may be carried out by trusted companies of the Controller as Data Processors, duly appointed pursuant to article 28 of the Regulation.

Personal data shall not be diffused.

8. Transfer of personal data to non-EU countries

Personal data are transferred outside the European Union in the ways permitted by the Regulation, pursuant to article 44 and following.

9. Rights of the user

Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the Regulation, the following rights may be exercised, whether applicable:

  • Right of access to data, making an appropriate request for the following information: purposes and methods of processing; categories of personal data concerned; recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated; data retention period; logic applied to the processing; identification details of the owner and managers;
  • Right to rectification, the request for data integration/modification;
  • Right of cancellation, the request for the deletion of data without undue delay, without prejudice to any retention obligations imposed by law.

Requests for the exercise of rights shall be sent to the email address agricoltura@pec.regione.lombardia.it or by registered mail to the address Piazza Città di Lombardia 1, 20124 Milano, for the attention of the DG Agricoltura, Alimentazione e Sistemi Verdi.

It is also provided the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority according to article 77 of the Regulation.
